


TMS is a multi-company inbound call center. Our agents answer the phone for over 70 catalog and direct response companies. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! As a TMS agent, it is your job to provide quality customer service to our client’s customers.
We are currently looking for friendly, upbeat agents to help fill our winter staffing needs. Please have applications in by November 1st.

All applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must pass our typing test with a speed of at least 25 WPM with 95% accuracy (the test will be administered when your completed application is submitted).
Availabilities: This form is to let us know when you prefer to work. You must be available for either all morning (4 AM until 6 PM) or all evening shifts (noon- 1 AM ). Starting times are staggered every 30 minutes beginning at 4:00 AM for morning shifts and noon for afternoon shifts. You must be available to work any day of the week including weekends. You may not choose your shifts or your days off. Call volume dictates when agents are scheduled. If you have questions on how to fill out the availability, please ask when you submit your forms.
